Home base. From the bungalows in Park Hill and Wash Park to the newer builds in Central Park and Green Valley Ranch.

Its own city and county between Denver and Boulder. 1950s ranches in the original Heights, newer builds out by Anthem and Wildgrass.

South metro suburb of established 1970s to 90s neighborhoods, with a lot of houses on their second round of water heaters and fixtures.

Master-planned community in Douglas County, built in stages since the early 1980s. Northridge first, BackCountry last.
